Southern Dunes Gated Golf Community is approximately 6 miles south of Interstate 4 on Highway 27.

It is only twenty minutes away from the Disney complex and approximately 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is further north on the I-4. 

The Wal-Mart Superstore is within walking distance of our villa, located outside the main community gate.

Other large shops and restaurants, including fast food outlets are within easy reach of the main gate.
